Logistics

• 3 bedrooms with 6 beds available.  If more beds are needed we can accommodate with air mattress’s or cots. 

•  Bedding and Pillows provided

• Towels provided

• Full Kitchen with electric range/oven, microwave, coffee maker, coffee press, electric kettle and refrigerator available to cook onsite. 

• Walking distance to Downtown Neenah and Menasha with restaurants, coffee shops and shopping to explore.

•  Loop the lake trail within walking distance.

• Heckrodt Wetland Reserve Trails near by,

In Session

• Our session costs include our engineer costs. We do not charge extra if more than one engineer works a session.

• We prefer to collaborate as a team and often have two engineers working a tracking session.

• Our Instrument and gear collection is available to all who book sessions at no extra cost, see gear page for .pdf of current inventory

• We think of our gear collection as colors to paint with. If you are someone who gets overwhelmed by choices, we have your back. Most artists will describe what sound or vibe they are going for and we will curate a collection of gear for your session. There is no extra cost for this, it’s part of what makes Honeytone special. 

• We have our piano tuned regularly. If it will be highlighted on a track, you may want to consider having it tuned for your session. Contact us for the current tuning cost that would be added to your invoice.

• Your mix will be live on the board until it’s approved. Once it’s approved, we will reset our analog board and gear to start the next mix. 

•  If you need any changes to the mix after final approval, we will do our best to accommodate, but know that it’s not the same as mixing on a computer. The mix isn’t recallable by opening a file. Some minor changes may be doable, but other changes may require a remix. Changes after a mix is approved will be billed at our hourly rate. 

• We will provide your mix, as well as instrumental and a cappella stems. Additional stems, agreed up on upfront, will be billed at our hourly rate.

•  Once a mix is approved, we will deliver the file to the mastering engineer of your choice and help facilitate communication, unless you would prefer other arrangements.
